Hello! I am a lifetime Indiana resident with over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. My career has been defined by a deep commitment to the local community, with my most recent years dedicated specifically to Agricultural Financing.
Beyond the office, I am a proud father of two sons - both of whom are Disabled American Veterans of the U.S. Army. My family continues to grow with a wonderful daughter-in-law and my two energetic grandchildren, Henry and Harper. I understand the value of hard work and legacy, and I am truly excited to bring that perspective to your farming operation.

Hi, I am Michael Fischer, I am from North Salem Indiana. I have been around agriculture my whole life. I double majored at Ivy Tech in Precision Agriculture Specialist and Precision Agriculture Technician.
I enjoy helping farmers and it is why I am so passionate about working at ARM. In my free time I enjoy hunting, shooting trap, and just about anything outdoors and anything sports related. I look forward to working together!
