Kendell Senter
My name is Kendell Senter. I have been with ARM since June of 2018. I started out as a Credit Analyst and am now a Senior Loan Officer. I lived in the Plainview, TX area until I was 13 years old and then moved to Canadian, TX where I lived until I graduated high school. I went to school at Texas Tech University where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in business management.
I currently live in Shallowater, TX with my husband. In my spare time, you can find me cheering on the Red Raiders, golfing or spending time with my dogs. I have really enjoyed my time here at ARM and love working alongside the American Farmer. I look forward to working with you this year! Wreck'Em and Let's Grow!
Baylee Harlow
My name is Baylee Harlow. I'm thrilled to be at ARM! I work in the Lubbock office as a loan officer. I currently reside in Wolfforth, TX with my husband, Kinder. I graduated with my bachelor's in animal science and a master's degree in business from Texas Tech University in 2021. I have worked at Capital Farm Credit as a credit analyst, where I was fortunate enough to expand my knowledge in agricultural banking.
I grew up in Dimmitt, TX and have a profound love for West Texas and the people/community here. In my free time, outside of work, you can find me at any Texas Tech sporting event, playing mahjong with my girlfriends, or traveling with my husband and friends. I am so excited to be a part of Ag Resource Management and serve the agriculture community to the best of my abilities.
