I was born and raised in Wisconsin. I'm a die-hard Packers, Brewers, Badgers, and Bucks fan. My love for agriculture started on my grandparents' dairy farm, where I spent many summers helping my grandpa with chores and enjoying my grandma's homemade breakfasts. I began my professional career in finance before moving to Jacksonville, Illinois, where I got my start in Ag Lending. My wife and I are raising our three kids in Jacksonville.
When I'm not at a game or practice, you'll find me hunting, fishing, or spending time with family and friends. I'm honored to be part of the ARM team and look forward to getting to know all of you!

Andrea Starr is all about agriculture, creativity, and family. She works in loan operations by day, helping support ag producers, and spends her free time running her Etsy shops, LifewithAussies and DesignsbyAndrewaNWS, where she creates fun, livestock-inspired designs.
With a strong background in livestock and a real passion for the ag world, she loves finding ways to blend business, creativity, and rural life together. When she's not working, she's spending time with her husband, daughter, 4 dogs, and her parents enjoying life rooted in the ag community.
