Douglas Roberts

Born and raised on a farm in Wharton County, he built his career around agriculture from an early age. In the late 1980s, he served as a Station Manager for Garst Seed Company before returning home to farm. He actively farmed until 2017, when he transitioned into crop insurance, continuing to serve the agricultural community in a new capacity.

Today, he works as a Loan Officer with ARM, where he combines decades of hands-on farming experience with industry knowledge to support producers. Living just yards from the bay, he enjoys spending his spare time fishing and hunting.

Bryson High

Bryson High has been rooted in agriculture his entire life, growing up in the small town of Nazareth, Texas, where summers were spent on a tractor. That upbringing sparked his passion for the industry and led him to earn a degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

Bryson began his professional career in banking and finance before relocating to Victoria, Texas, where he launched his career in agricultural lending.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, walking his dog, spending time with family and friends, and heading to the beach whenever he can. Bryson is honored to be part of the ARM team!
